Dead Cells is a critically acclaimed rogue-lite, metroidvania-inspired action-platformer developed by Motion Twin. Released in 2018, the game combines fast-paced combat, challenging gameplay, and procedurally generated levels to create a unique and addictive experience.In Dead Cells, players take on the role of a mysterious prisoner who controls a reanimated corpse, known as the "Prisoner." The game is set on a cursed island plagued by a mysterious disease called the Malaise.
